1. No Flaming
One
shall not flame (to insult or criticize provokingly, as on a computer
network) anywhere in the forum. Racist remarks shall not be said
anywhere.
Exception: Spamzilla (Racism is not allowed even in spamzilla)
Minimum sentence: Infraction
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

2. No Spamming
One shall not post irrelevant and meaningless threads and replies.
Minimum sentence: Verbal warning
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

3. Multiple Accounts
One shall not have multiple accounts.
Maximum sentence: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

4. Giving Credit
When posting material that does not belong to one, one shall post the original creator's name or pseudonym.
Minimum sentence: Infraction
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

5. Warez
One shall not link or upload illegal material.
Minimum sentence: Infraction
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

6. Usernames
One shall not make similar names to any staff member.
Minimum sentence: Permanent suspension
Maximum sentence: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

7. Copyrighted Material
One shall not violate copyright laws. One shall have a proper license to use, alter, modify, edit, etc... copyrighted material.
Minimum sentence: Permanent suspension from the concerned section
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

8. Scamming
One shall not obtain goods or services from combatarmstk's members in any way.
Minimum sentence: Permanent suspension from the concerned section
Maximum sentence: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

9. Begging
One shall not repetitively ask for goods or services.
Minimum sentence: Verbal warning
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (5 days)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

10. Stickied threads and announcements
One shall read and comply to the specific rules found in stickied threads or announcements of specific sections.
Minimum sentence: Warning
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months) and Permanent suspension from the concerned section
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

11. Thanks
One shall not abuse the thanks button. One shall not ask for thanks, or bribe someone for thanks.
Minimum sentence: Infraction
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (7 days)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

12. Advertising
One shall not promote third party websites.
(Other hacking forums are included)
Minimum sentence: Infraction
Maximum sentence: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

13. Inappropriate material
Inappropriate
material such as pornography (the depiction of sexual behavior that is
intended to arouse sexual excitement in its audience) shall not be
linked anywhere or posted.
Maximum sentence: Permanent suspension and I.P. Address suspension

14. Trolling
One shall not intentionally provoke drama in the forum.
Any thread or post containing or provoking drama will be deleted. Report all threads or posts to the staff.
Exceptions: Spamzilla
Minimum sentence: Warning
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 days)

15. Decisions by staff members
One
shall not object to a staff member's decision or flame them for it.
Staff members shall use the “Moderator's lounge” to receive opinions
from their comrades.
Minimum sentence: Warning
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)

16. Staff user bars
One shall not use a staff user bar for their avatar, signature or profile picture.
Minimum sentence: Infraction
Maximum sentence: Temporary suspension (2 months)
Maximum sentence in case of recidivism: Permanent suspension and I.P. address suspension

17. Racism
One shall not be racist or post racist comments. This includes Spamzilla.
Maximum sentence: Permanent suspension

Failure to comply to any of these rules will result in the following consequences:

1- Verbal warning
2- Warning
3- Infraction
4- Permanent suspension from the concerned section
5- Temporary suspension
6- Permanent suspension
7- I.P. Address suspension

Judicial: Administrator, Super Moderator, Moderator

Section III: Rights

1. One shall be innocent until proven guilty.
2. Ignorance of rule is no excuse.
3. The administrator has more power than the rules.

you violate these rules, appropriate consequences shall be given. The
possible consequences shown in this page are for general reference; the
actual consequences may vary, depending on the administrator.
